[China Epoxy Industry Online] September 20, 2004 The Dow Chemical of the United States is formulating a plan to expand the Chinese market.
After a period of revision, it is currently making a comeback.
The core is to invest billions of dollars to build an integrated comprehensive factory.

The company commented that Dow Chemical is nothing more than doing it, and it is not a world-class project to do it.
