Modern medical research has found that Helicobacter helicobacteria is a carcinogenic factor in Category I and a cause of many stomach diseases, including stomach cancer.
the World Gastroenterical Organization (WGO) conservatively estimates that at least half of the world's people are infected with Helicobacter helicobacteria.
in individual developing countries, adults can be as high as 80 per cent infected with the bacteria before the age of 50, while children are often infected before the age of 10 because of family exposure.
helicobacter python is a very "sly" stubborn bacteria, the traditional treatment is antibiotic therapy.
study found that the failure rate of treatment with commonly used triple or tyrastherapy was as high as 10-30%, and that heavy use of antibiotics had side effects on the body.
scientists have been trying to find answers in nature, exploring non-antibiotic treatments for Helicobacter helicobacteria, such as garlic, ginger and honey.
but these foods and extracts can only inhibit bacterial activity outside the human body, the effect in the human body is relatively poor.
Because the team of researchers and foreign researchers in this trial discovered more than a decade ago that regular use of cranberry juice can effectively inhibit helicobacter python in the body, scientists have placed their hopes on cranberries.
Between August 2018 and April 2019, researchers from the Epidemiology Research Unit at Peking University Cancer Hospital conducted a study called "Daily Cranberry Intake Inhibition of Helicobacter pyridobacteria Infections: Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Trials, " which included 522 Chinese adults between the ages of 18 and 60 who were helicobacterium-positive.
the subjects, who had never been treated with antibiotics to suppress Helicobacter pythroids, drank different doses of cranberry juice, fruit powder or placebo daily in the group for an eight-week trial period.
volunteers tested in weeks 2 and 8, respectively, and the results showed a significant downward trend in helicobacter python infection rates after 8 weeks of taking 240 ml of cranberry juice containing 44 mg of prothocyanins twice a day.
in this study, cranberry juice with high levels of prothocyanins inhibited Helicobacter pyridobacteria infection by 20%.
common cancers in China, the incidence of stomach cancer ranks second.
because of its large population base, China accounts for half of all stomach cancer and deaths worldwide.
for decades, researchers at Peking University Cancer Hospital have been exploring strategies to prevent stomach cancer, including the eradication of Helicobacter python.
results suggest that cranberry juice may become an effective aid to adult Helicobacter pliersia management in areas with a high incidence of stomach cancer with an infection rate of more than 50%.
Because most patients infected with Helicobacterrobacteria have no obvious symptoms, it is easy to ignore, infection with Helicobacterrobacteria does not heal over time, but may cause peptic ulcers, atrophic gastritis, thereby increasing the risk of stomach cancer.
results from Chinese scientists have been a major boost to the non-drug treatment of Helicobacter helicobacteria.
