The "Notice" emphasizes that focus on key industries, do a good job of energy-saving supervision of key enterprises and key energy-using equipment, give play to the binding role of mandatory energy-saving standards, and improve energy utilization efficiency.

In terms of special monitoring of energy consumption in key industries, a comprehensive review of key industries such as iron and steel, non-ferrous metal smelting, petrochemicals, building materials and other key industries was carried out, and a ledger for energy consumption of key enterprises was established.
