    On April 2, Eastman announced that the company and its subsidiaries have completed the previously announced sale of its adhesive resin business to Xintema


    The transaction includes hydrocarbon resins (including Eastman Impera tire resins), virgin monomer resins, polyolefin polymers, rosins and dispersions, as well as product lines of oleochemical and fatty acid-based resins


    The transaction is valued at $1 billion in cash
