Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Jiawei Zishen Tongguan Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention of cervical cancer and its influence on the incidence of adverse reactions

Methods: The clinical data of 84 patients with urinary retention after radical resection of cervical cancer in the Department of Oncology, Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed

According to the order of admission, they were divided into group A (n=42) and group B (n=42).

Group A received conventional treatment + Zishen Tongguan Decoction + acupuncture treatment , and group B received conventional treatment only

Zishen Tongguan Decoction : Chinese yam, cork, anemarrhena, burdock seed, Poria cocos 20g, Alisma orientalis, cocos radix, Cortex Moutan, Poria cocos, Dogwood 10g, Astragalus 50g, Citrus aurantium, Rehmannia glutinosa, Peach kernel, Achyranthes 15g, Aconite , 8g cinnamon, 12g three-lens, turmeric 12g, 6g licorice
