    EDF Renewable North America recently installed a 3M Wind Vortex Generator (VG)
    at its Chestnut Flats wind project in Logan, Pennsylvania.

    The project's AEP growth rate is expected to be 1.

    over the next four months.

    VG is a small accessory made of durable material that provides energy to the flow around the blade and reduces flow separation

    Due to the unique shape and characteristics of each wind turbine blade, the positioning of the wind vortex generator is customized
    for each blade design.
    In addition, VG is applied using 3M acrylic foam tape, which adapts to the flexural and residual forces acting on the blade surface while still providing high adhesion strength
    in adverse weather conditions.

    EDF Renewable North America's Vice President said, "We are pleased
    with the validation results of Bobcat Bluff.
    For the Chestnut Flats, we expect better results
    since the wind is more suitable for VG.

    "One of the key advantages of EDF Renewable Energy North America is that we can prove O&M's new innovative customers on our own equipment before offering these solutions to third parties
    ," said EDF Renewable North America's senior vice president of operations and maintenance.

    how we bring the owner-operator perspective to our third-party offerings.
