    ABA (shedding acid) can make the pores close, reduce the rate of leaf steaming, external ABA also has the same effect. The opening of pores can be measured directly or indirectly by weighing and mirroring to test the role of external ABA and to better understand the physiological function of ABA.

    reagents
    1. 100mg/L ABA: 10mg ABA dissolved in 100ml water;
    2. Distilled water; aqueous ethanol;
    3. 10% acetic cellulose acetone solution: 1g cellulose acetate, plus 10ml pure acetone dissolved.
    fourth, method
    1. ABA's influence on the opening of pores in wheat leaves
    (1) Sampling: select lighting
    culture
    , grow uniformly, about 10 days of seedling-age wheat, take the first wheat leaf as a material, cut a total of 60 sections of 10cm long cut.
    (2) set treatment: take 6 25mL berries (as consistent as possible in diameter), divided into three groups, each group of 2, treated according to the table below, i.e. the first group of 10mL per cup of distilled water, the second group of each Cup plus distilled water 10 ml and wheat leaves 15 segments, the third group of 10 mg /L of ABA solution 10mL and wheat leaves 15 sections, all the blade slice of the base inserted in the solution.
    (3) first weighing: weigh each of the above treatment beech and record the original initial weight.
    (4) second weighing: place 6 beech begs under a 3000lx light source, light 2h and weigh again.
    (5) calculation and comparison: the two weighing results are filled into the table, the evaporation of the three treatments is calculated and compared, and the effect of ABA on pore opening and steaming is analyzed.
    : Handling 2 is as consistent as possible with handling the wheat leaf slices inserted in each of the 3 berries.
    2. ABA's effect on the opening of the pores of the broad bean leaves
    (1) Take 2 pieces of leaves of 2 or 3 double leaves of the broad beans and put 5 ml of distilled water (control) and 5 ml of 10 mg/L ABA solution, respectively, with 2 repetitions for each treatment.
    (2) light 2-3h under 3000-4000lx light.
    (3) observation (either of the following methods).
    A. Live observation: using a microscope with a visual microscope, observe the opening of the pores and measure the aperture size.
    B. Peeling observation: use tweezers to tear off the lower skin near the middle vein, immediately put in waterless ethanol to fix, and then place on the slide, cover the slide under the microscope to observe the measurement of the treatment of the opening of the pores.
    C. Imprinting method: apply a 10% acetic acid fiber acetone solution to the beech beads under the leaves, remove after drying, and measure under a microscope.
    , according to the measurement results, analyze the effect of ABA on pore opening
