The grading departments at all levels can use the government to purchase services to determine the units engaged in work safety related work as the standardized grading review unit (hereinafter referred to as the review unit), entrust them to carry out the on-site review work, and announce the list of review units to the public

If the grading organization unit and review unit are not determined through government purchase of services, the related work involved shall be directly responsible for the grading department

Article 7: The standardization of enterprises shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures of self-evaluation, application, review, publicity, and announcement

(1) Self-evaluation

Enterprises should independently carry out standardization construction, establish a working group with their main person in charge as the team leader and representatives of ordinary employees, establish and maintain a safety production management system in accordance with standardized grading standards, and achieve systematization of safety management, standardized post operation behavior, and The equipment and facilities are intrinsically safe, and the working environment and equipment are fixed

Self-evaluation is carried out once a year, and written self-evaluation reports are formed to continuously improve safety performance

(2) Application

Enterprises applying for grading shall apply to the corresponding grading organization unit according to the grade they intend to apply for

After receiving the application materials of the enterprise, the grading organization unit shall deal with it separately according to the following circumstances:

If there are errors, incomplete application materials, or non-compliance with the prescribed form, the enterprise shall be notified of all the contents that need to be supplemented and corrected at once within 5 working days

2.
After the application materials are complete and in accordance with the prescribed form, or the enterprise has supplemented and corrected all the application materials as required, the application materials shall be reviewed item by item

For those who meet the application requirements, the review opinions and enterprise application materials shall be submitted to the grading department and the enterprise shall be notified in writing; for those who do not meet the requirements, the enterprise shall be notified in writing and the reasons shall be explained

The review, submission and notification should be completed within 10 working days

(3) Review

After the grading department confirms the audit opinions and enterprise application materials submitted by the grading organization, the grading organization will notify the relevant review unit to set up an on-site review team to complete the on-site review within 30 working days and conduct the on-site review A list of conditions and non-conformance items will be formed into an on-site review report to initially determine whether the company has reached the level to be applied for, and notify the company in writing

After receiving the on-site assessment report, the enterprise should, in principle, complete the rectification of non-conformities within 30 working days, and report the rectification to the on-site assessment team

Under special circumstances, the rectification period can be appropriately extended upon approval by the on-site assessment team, but the extended period shall not exceed 30 working days at the longest .

The on-site assessment team shall supervise the enterprise to do a good job in rectification, and take a written inspection or on-site review within 15 working days after receiving the report on the rectification of the enterprise to confirm whether the rectification is qualified, notify the enterprise in writing, and the subordinate assessment unit Inform the grading organization unit in writing

(4) Publicity

The rating organization unit will periodically submit the list of enterprises that have confirmed that the rectification is qualified and meet the corresponding rating standards to the corresponding rating department; after the rating department confirms, it shall be publicized on the department’s website and accept social supervision, and the publicity time shall not be less than 5 Working days

If an enterprise has received reports of non-compliance with the grading standards and other related requirements, the grading department shall organize verification

7.
One year has elapsed from the date of cancellation of the standardization level .

Those applying for a first-level enterprise shall also promise to meet the following conditions:

There has not been a particularly serious production safety accident, and no production safety fatal accident has occurred within 2 years before the application for the rating .

2.
According to the "Classification of Accidents for Enterprise Employees' Injuries and Deaths " ( GB6441 ), "Standards for Lost Working Days of Accident Injuries" ( GB/T15499 ), etc.
