Enterprise to build second PDH plant in Monte Bellevue complex

According to a report by Oil & Gas Magazine on September 26, 2019, LyondellBasell Industries, one of the world's largest polymer, petrochemical and fuel companies, has partnered with American Enterprise Product Partners L.

The PDH plant, which can process 35,000 barrels per day of propane and produce 65 billion pounds of polymer-grade propylene (PGP) per year, is scheduled to be commissioned in the first half of 2023, Enterprise sa.

S&B Engineering and Construction Ltd will provide PDH2-based engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the project, while Honeywell UOP LLC will license its proprietary Oleflex propane process, Enterprise Price sa.

Enterprise also confirmed that the company's second isobutane dehydrogenation plant, currently under construction within the Monte Bellevue complex based on the olefin butane process, is expected to be completed later this ye.
