Recently, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the "Announcement on Issuing Five National Environmental Protection Standards < Aluminum Electrolysis Waste Gas Fluoride and Dust Treatment Engineering Technical Specifications >, which involves the Aluminum Electrolysis Waste Gas Fluoride and Dust Treatment Engineering Technical Specifications (HJ 2033-2013), Environmental Noise and Vibration Control Engineering Technical Guidelines (HJ 2034-2013), Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal Engineering Technical Guidelines (HJ 2035-2013), There are five national environmental protection standards
: engineering technical specification for wastewater treatment in dye industry (HJ 2036-2013) and engineering technical specification for incineration and disposal of polychlorinated biphenyl-containing waste (HJ 2037-2013).

The announcement requires that the standard be implemented from December 1, 2013, published by China Environmental Science Press, and the content of the standard can be found
on the website of the Ministry of Environmental Protection (bz.
mep.
gov.
cn).
