mouse urine trace albumin (ALB) Enzyme-linked immunoassitric analysis (ELISA)
box instruction manual
This reagent is for research purposes only: This kit is used to determine the content of trace albumin (ALB) in miceserum
experimental principle:
kit uses a dual antibody sandwich method to determine the level of urinary trace protein (ALB) in mice in the specimen. With purified mice urine trace protein (ALB) antibody package bymicroplate to make solid-phase antibodies, into the packet of monoantigen microplates in turn to add urinary trace protein (" ALB), which then binds to the HLP-labeled ALB antibody to form an antibody -antigen - an enzyme-labeled antibody complex that is thoroughly washed and colored with the substrate TMB.
< p style is "text-align:left;" >TMB is catalyzed by HRP enzymes into blue and, under the effect of acid, into the final yellow. The depth of color is positively related to the urine trace protein (ALB) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450 nm wavelengths using an enzymatic marker, and the concentration of urine trace protein (ALB) in mice in the sample is calculated using a standard curve.kit composition:
