Epoxy Fiberglass First County Organizes Auto Parts Forum

[China Epoxy Resin Industry Online] November 1, 2005: Recently, the China Auto Parts Industry Cluster Expert Forum and the 2nd China Wucheng FRP Festival opened.
Leaders from China Machinery Industry Association, China FRP Association, China Epoxy Resin Industry Association, China Automobile Industry Association and more than 500 Chinese and foreign businessmen and experts gathered in Wucheng to discuss exchanges.
This meeting was hosted by Wucheng County, the first county of epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic.
The epoxy resin-based FRP industry is a traditional characteristic industry in Wucheng County, which started in the early 1970s.
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the FRP production in Wucheng County successfully introduced winding and pultrusion technology, and the production scale continued to grow.
In 1988, Wucheng County was named "the first FRP county in the country" by the China FRP Industry Association.
