[China Epoxy Network (China Epoxy Industry Online)March 6, 2013: The European Commission issued an announcement on the 5th stating that the EU will implement the implementation of photovoltaic products produced in China on the 6th.
    Import registration.
According to the announcement, in accordance with EU regulations on protecting domestic industries from dumping and subsidized imports from non-EU countries, the EU will, from the 6th, impose restrictions on photovoltaic cells, wafers, panels and modules imported from China with a thickness of no more than 400 microns.
    Implement automatic registration.
However, portable charging devices, thin-film photovoltaic products, and photovoltaic products that are permanently embedded in other electrical products with less than six solar panels are not included in the scope of registration.
According to the announcement, the European Commission’s investigation team has obtained preliminary evidence that the above-mentioned products imported from China have implemented dumping and subsidies on the EU market, and the initiator of the investigation, that is, relevant enterprises in the EU, has also provided photovoltaics based on the cost of the entire production process.

The normal price of the product, and the cost and price of the US photovoltaic product as the reference country.
Based on the above data and other materials, the European Commission has implemented a registration system for photovoltaic products produced in China.
According to the investigation procedure, the European Commission started the registration process six months after it officially launched the anti-dumping investigation on Chinese photovoltaic products.
After that, the European Commission will announce its preliminary ruling on the photovoltaic dumping case around June 5th, on August 7th.
The preliminary rulings on the subsidy case were announced before and after, and the final rulings on the two cases were announced from 5 to 7 this year.
