    Member States that have issued authorizations for plant protection products containing additives listed in Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 (as amended by this Regulation) shall amend or revoke these authorizations as soon as possible, and no later than March 2023 24th.
     
    Member states shall not authorize the sale or use of adjuvants containing co-formulants listed in Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 (as amended by this regulation) on the market.
    (Note: co-formulants do not contain synergists and safeners)
     
    Member states that have issued authorizations for additives containing ingredients listed in Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 (as amended by this Regulation) shall amend or revoke these authorizations as soon as possible, and no later than March 2023 24th.
     
    Any grace period granted by Member States in accordance with Article 46 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 or in accordance with the provisions of the country’s adjuvant authorization should be as short as possible; the sale and distribution of products should be authorized in Articles 2 and 3 The date of modification or cancellation will expire at the latest 3 months, and the disposal, storage and use of the product will expire 9 months after the date of the above-mentioned authorization modification or cancellation.
     
    This regulation will come into force on the twentieth day after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
     
      This regulation should be binding as a whole and apply directly to all member states.
