On April 24, Yulin Kaiyue Coal Chemical Company Yuheng methanol and acetic acid deep processing project obtained energy pre-approval, and the project admission application has been submitted to the relevant departments of Yulin City

The Excelle Coal Chemical 500,000t/a methanol-to-ethanol project is a sub-project of the Yuheng methanol and acetic acid deep processing project deployed by Yanchang Petroleum Group in Yulin during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.

In order to strive for the early implementation of the project, Excelle Coal Chemical Company has reported and coordinated with relevant departments of the provincial, municipal and district governments for many times, and actively handled various preliminary procedures
