Explain how to use the spray filling machine

Explain the use of spray filling machine: 1.
Before the machine works, the ground wire must be well grounded, and then select the appropriate standard syringe
according to different dispensing volumes.

Pull out the inner core of the syringe, put the screw sleeve on the inner core of the syringe and tighten it and the lower base properly with the screw sleeve (the disassembly and assembly of the syringe must pay attention to cleaning).

Put the upper clamp seat on the outlet end of the syringe jacket, and tighten the nuts on both sides appropriately (when using a 5ml syringe, tighten the bushing together, pay attention to tightening too tightly, the outer sleeve is fragile).

Assemble the inner core and outer jacket of the installed syringe into one, and the liquid injection system is assembled

Fix the valve arrow with the arrow facing upwards and the arrow mark facing outward with a nut to fix the
fixing screw.

The complete liquid injection system will be assembled, and the upper and lower round holes of the liquid injection system components will be aligned with the upper and lower fixed rods respectively, and set on the bearing, and the outer end face and the bearing surface will be flat
.
When assembling the lower end, do not let the screw sleeve and the crank touch each other, in order to prevent abnormal noise when the upper crank rotates (about 1mm between the screw sleeve and the crank when installed correctly), after the liquid injection system is installed correctly, tighten the upper and lower set screws

Connect the syringe and valve connection nozzle with a short hose

The inlet pipe is connected to the water inlet, and the liquid outlet pipe is connected to the water outlet
.
To prevent entanglement of the inlet and outlet tubing, snap the inlet and outlet tubing into the ear openings on the side of the
casing.

Flip the crank by hand, it should be able to rotate freely, otherwise the assembly is wrong, and the liquid injection system should be checked whether it is fastened to the
rotating bearing.
