    On November 5, 2021, Fang Xianyang, School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University, and Chen Chunlai’s research group jointly published an online publication titled "Pseudoknot Length Regulation of Flavivirus xrRNA Folding, Conformational Dynamics and Antibiotics" in Nature Communications.


    smFRET technology is an important method to study the conformational dynamics of biological macromolecules.

    Next, the researchers integrated small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), smFRET, and anti-Xrn1 digestion kinetics experimental technology to study the folding of 11 xrRNAs of different lengths (2-7 bp) of PK2 from the flavivirus family in solution , Conformation dynamics and anti-Xrn1 enzyme cleavage activity (Figure 1d-f)
