First, new commercial housing (excluding affordable housing) price changes (see Schedule 2)
(1) Compared with the previous month, 66 of the 70 large and medium-sized cities saw price declines, 2 cities rose and 2 cities were flat. Among the month-on-month price movements, the highest increase was 0.2 per cent and the lowest was a 1.3 per cent decline.
70 large and medium-sized cities, 69 were flat compared with the same month last year. In February, year-on-year price movements were most flat and down 10.8 per cent.
Second, second-hand residential price changes
(i) Compared with the previous month, 70 large and medium-sized cities, the price of 61 cities, the rise of five cities, four flat cities. Among the month-on-month price movements, the highest increase was 0.3 per cent and the lowest was a 1.2 per cent decline.
70 large and medium-sized cities, 69 have seeed prices fall and one have risen, compared with the same month last year. In February, year-on-year price movements rose by 1.0 per cent and fell by as much as 14.2 per cent.
