The properties of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin irradiation materials have special characteristics with irradiation processing, so the following points should be paid attention to when irradiating photovoltaic cables:

    a.
Check whether the conductor of each cable head is sufficiently grounded before irradiation, and it is strictly forbidden to irradiate
    the cable without grounding.

    b.
The absorption dose of the insulated wire core and sheath layer during irradiation shall be subject to the passing of the thermal extension test
    .

    c.
The surface of the irradiated insulated wire core and sheath layer should be smooth, oil-free, no obvious difference in color, no scratches, linting, cracking, bubbles and other phenomena are allowed, and the printing should be clear and scratch-resistant
    .

    d.
The traction and take-up speed should be coordinated with the beam adjustment action during irradiation lifting and lowering speed to avoid overdose or underdose
    .

    e.
After irradiation, the insulated core and sheath layer need to be fully discharged to the ground and parked for 48h before moving to the next process
    .
