The construction tasks of the four bid sections of the Hainan Refining & Chemical's 1 million tons/year ethylene and refining expansion project undertaken by the Fourth Construction Company are 1 million tons/year ethylene plant, 2.

Up to now, two labor competition nodes, including concrete pouring of the two waste water tank bottom plates of the ethylene plant and the construction of the DN2200 circulating water underground pipeline, have been completed on schedule.
