The French Minister of State for European Affairs, Clement Bona, said on April 2 local time that since the European Union has not received AstraZeneca vaccines exported from the United Kingdom so far, the European Union will deal with vaccine exports on a reciprocal basis.
In an interview with French commercial FM television, Bona criticized AstraZeneca for failing to “mobilize the production capacity of all its factories in the UK and continental Europe to produce vaccines for supply to the EU in accordance with the contractual provisions signed with the European Union.
Recently, the European Union and the United Kingdom have been arguing over the delivery of AstraZeneca vaccine.
