For example, in response to the outstanding problems in the catering industry that have been strongly reflected by the public, this law specifies in detail the measures that catering service operators should take to prevent food waste, and also imposes clear penalties on some businesses for inducing misleading and over-ordering

For government departments, in addition to stipulating the leading departments of anti-food waste work and relevant law enforcement entities, the law also clearly stipulates meals for official activities, requiring that the quantity and form of meals should be arranged sparingly according to the actual situation, and must not exceed the prescribed standards

For ordinary people, the law not only proposes the establishment of a civilized, healthy, rational and green consumption concept and advocates reasonable ordering and picking up meals, but also rewards consumers who participate in the "CD Action" and charges kitchen waste disposal fees for ordering waste, etc.
