, the current furniture export issues of concern and related recommendations
    (1) production costs rise to compress corporate profits, low-cost advantages gradually weakened. Chinese furniture used to open the market by price advantage, it is based on this, Chinese furniture once had an unshakable position in the international market. However, in recent years, the raw materials in the home building materials industry are generally rising, from 2013 to 2014 alone, the year-on-year increase of 10%-30%, resulting in furniture prices all the way up, the advantages of the decline, its competitiveness in the international market declined, the share also decreased. For the rise in raw material prices, upstream to bear the cost pressure brought about by the rise in plate prices, downstream consumers do not buy, the entire home installation enterprises face a dilemma pressure. Under the combination of multiple factors, the production cost of furniture manufacturing enterprises is rising, and the price competitiveness is decreasing.
(ii) furniture industry new regulations, industry standards are increasingly standardized. Furniture industry fish and dragon mixed, product quality problems outstanding, the main problems include pollutants exceeding the standard, solid wood furniture cracking, consumer application testing difficult, the proliferation of fake foreign brands. On January 1, 2015, the new Environmental Protection Law, known as the strictest environmental protection law in history, came into effect, and the new Environmental Protection Law put a "tight spell" on household enterprises, prompting them to invest in capital reform. The new environmental protection law affects the business decision-making of enterprises, enterprises that invest heavily in environmental protection will be more competitive in the market, and some "small workshops" will add pressure to invest in capital rectification, some enterprises that can not meet the standards will be eliminated. New standards such as "Limits of hazardous substances in wood furniture of interior decoration materials", "Limits of harmful substances in soft furniture mattresses" and "Limits of harmful substances in soft furniture sofas" have also been introduced. The new regulations in the furniture industry are conducive to China's furniture enterprises to deal with more and more stringent trade barriers, and help furniture exports to grow sustainably.
the traditional thinking concept of furniture manufacturing industry. Furniture industry is currently mainly in the franchise mode of operation, channel benefits share accounted for a large part of the cost of furniture terminals. However, in recent years, the traditional channels of the furniture industry in the modern society more and more weak competitiveness, the industry upgrade and transformation requirements are more and more urgent, e-commerce channels came into being, in line with the common requirements of society and the market. With the furniture industry's continuous exploration of the new e-commerce marketing model, the online-to-offline O2O model stands out. The O2O model has an advantage over the traditional furniture industry in terms of merchandise display, feedback, cost savings in sales, and physical furniture experience. In last year's double eleven, network furniture brand Lin's wood sales reached 320 million yuan, traditional furniture sales rely on the channel has been seriously challenged, change has become imperative.
