Algerian Trade Minister Kamel Rezig said in response to a question from lawmakers in parliament that in the first nine months of 2022, Algeria exported 54,000 tons of dates to 64 countries, worth $49 million
, according to the "Algeria Today" website on December 8.

In 2019, Argentina exported 57,000 tons of dates, with an export value of 63 million US dollars; In 2020, it exported 69,000 tons, with an export value of 72 million US dollars; In 2021, 76,000 tons were exported, with an export value of 78 million US dollars
