It is understood that Hebei Province will promote the application of new energy vehicles in nine public service fields, including official vehicles of party and government organs, confidential communication vehicles, law enforcement patrol vehicles, sanitation vehicles, postal vehicles, school buses to pick up and drop off students, urban and rural buses (including rural passenger vehicles), urban logistics distribution vehicles
, and taxis.
From March 1, new energy vehicles should be used to replace or add urban buses and vehicles
in the above nine public service areas.
According to the requirements, the traffic management department shall not handle motor vehicle registration business for the above-mentioned fuel vehicles replaced or newly added in the public service fields

Before February 29, if a uniform invoice for the sale of motor vehicles has been issued, the motor vehicle registration business may be handled, and if more than one year has passed since the date of issuance of the sales invoice, it will not be processed
