Background: Mother-to-child transmission was previously the main route of transmission of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in China, accounting for approximately 40% of chronic infectio.
Objective: To this end, to analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with or without postpartum hepatitis outbreaks, and to preliminarily explore the differences in immune functi.
METHODS: Women with CHB infection who were pregnant (below 8 weeks' gestation) and who were planning to become pregnant who were treated at Beijing You'an Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected, and agreed to undergo NA intervention in the third trimester of pregnancy to prevent maternal Infant transmissi.

Conclusion: The changes in the immune characteristics of CD8+ T cells may play a role in the immune tolerance of hepatitis patients after bankruptcy, and the related indicators of activation and killing functions may help to indicate that there may be postpartum hepatitis patien.
