    FSP8060 is a trifunctional polyurethane acrylate recently launched by Runao Chemical, which is specially developed for applications such as vacuum electroplating topcoat and plastic finishing

    As a trifunctional resin, FSP8060 has a pencil hardness of HB@1kgf on the PC substrate.


    Adhesion

    FSP8060 not only has excellent adhesion to conventional plastic substrates such as PC and PMMA, but also achieves 100% adhesion to plating (aluminum plating, indium tin plating) or magnesium-aluminum alloy.


    Boiling resistance

    The application of plastic glazing and vacuum plating has the requirement of boiling water resistance.



    Pigment wettability


    FSP8060 has some special polar groups, has excellent wettability to pigments or inorganic powders, has good color development, is easy to matte, and the coating film has no apparent defects of color grouping or blooming
