In order to ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the people, the revised law improves the supervision and management system for the quality and safety of agricultural products, strengthens the risk management and standard formulation and implementation of the quality and safety of agricultural products, and increases the punishment for illegal acts; At the same time, implement the certificate system for the quality and safety of agricultural products, and establish a traceability directory for the quality and safety of agricultural products; Strengthen grassroots supervision and achieve full coverage
of supervision of agricultural product production and operation entities.
The law actively responds to social concerns, connects well with the food safety law, realizes the whole process and the whole chain supervision from the field to the people's table, and further strengthens the legal guarantee
of the quality and safety of agricultural products.
