The Molecular System Pharmacology Research Group of the State Key Laboratory of Phytochemistry and Sustainable Utilization of Western Plant Resources, Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, obtained the transcription profiles of left ventricular biopsy samples from 313 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy from the PubMed database and used weighted genes Methods such as co-expression and protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis were used to screen out functional genes that are significantly related to ischemic cardiomyopathy, and a series of physiological experimental studies were verified in conjunction with rat acute myocardial infarction models.
