    In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its Implementation Regulations, the relevant information of our bureau's recent food safety supervision and sampling inspection in the city is hereby announced as follows:
     
    The food safety supervision and sampling information released this time involves 24 major categories of food, including catering food, health food, meat products, soy products, grain processing products, dairy products, quick-frozen food, frozen drinks, edible agricultural products, beverages, tea and related products, condiments, vegetable products, candy products, edible oil and fat and its products, pastries, egg products, fruit products, potatoes and puffed foods, alcohol, starch and starch products, aquatic products, bee products, fried foods and nut products, a total of 692 batches were sampled.
    Among them, 624 batches were qualified and 68 batches
    were unqualified.

    The Fuzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation has requested the local market regulatory department to investigate and deal with unqualified food producers and traders, investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law, urge food producers and traders to perform their statutory obligations, and prevent and control food safety risks

    The National Food Safety Standard Disinfected Dining (Drinking) Utensils (GB14934-2016) stipulates that anionic synthetic detergents (based on sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate) / (mg/100 square centimeters) shall not be detected in disinfected dining (drinking) utensils

    3.
    Enrofloxacin
     
    Enrofloxacin is a synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial drug with good effects
    in the prevention and treatment of bacterial infections and mycoplasma in livestock and poultry.
    Long-term consumption of foods with excessive enrofloxacin residues may have a certain impact
    on human health.
    The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits for Veterinary Drugs in Food (GB 31650-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of enrofloxacin in fish is 100μg/kg (calculated as the sum of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin).

     
    IV.
    Furazolidone metabolites
     
    Furazolidone metabolites belong to the nitrofuran class and are synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs
    .
    Long-term consumption of foods containing nitrofurans and their metabolites has a certain impact
    on human health.
    The List of Drugs and Their Compounds Prohibited in Food Animals (Announcement No.
    250 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China) stipulates that furazolidone is a prohibited drug and shall not be detected in animal food
    .

    Nitrilebenzole
     
    Nitrile benzazole, also known as azonitrile and benzonitrile, is a triazole systemic fungicide
    .
    Although the toxicity is low, long-term consumption of foods with excessive nitrile benzazole may affect human health
    .

    Clothianidin is a neonicotinoid insecticide, which has systemic, contact and gastric toxicity, and has good control effect
    on aphids and spotted flies.
    A small amount of residue will not cause acute poisoning in the human body, but long-term consumption of food with clothianidin exceeding the standard may have a certain impact
    on human health.

    The total number of colonies exceeding the standard indicates that it is more likely to be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria, which may cause gastrointestinal discomfort in consumers, accompanied by abdominal pain and nausea
    .
    The National Food Safety Standard for Cooked Meat Products (GB2726-2016) stipulates that the results of 5 tests of a sample shall not exceed 100000 CFU/g and the results of at least 3 tests shall not exceed 10000 CFU/g
    .
