Blue Elephant Energy AG (BEE), a Hamburg-based solar and wind farm operator, today confirmed the signing of a joint development agreement with Greencells Group to deliver a 237 MWp solar portfolio
in Italy and the Netherlands.

Under the terms of the agreement, BEE and Greencells will jointly develop six solar projects with a total capacity of 158 MWp in the Italian region of Puglia, and seven projects in the Netherlands with a total capacity of 79 MWp
.

The first solar project is expected to be operational by 2022 and the full facility is operational by 2025 at the
latest.
