Global Maritime Corporation recently announced that it has completed a desktop study (DTS)
of England Cable, an undersea cable system connecting Seaton Sluice in the UK and Stavanger in Norway.

The announcement revealed that the desktop study designed the best path
for the laying of the system.
The system will traverse the North Sea region and consist of six fiber pairs (Express paths) and two ocean-operated fiber pairs, with a total length of approximately 722 kilometers and a design capacity of 400Gbps
    .

In the next phase, Global Marine will submit a permit application
for the relevant deployment to the UK and Norwegian authorities.
The Norwegian government is expected to provide financial support
    for the project.

If the above plans can be agreed in the second quarter, the submarine cable system is expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2019
