3 Analysis steps

Weigh 1.
0g laboratory sample, accurate to 0.
01g, place it in a colorimetric tube, add 20mL of water to dissolve it, as the test solution; take another colorimetric tube, add 0.
20mL turbidity standard solution, add water to 20mL, add 1mL of nitric acid solution, 0.
2mL of dextrin solution and 1mL of silver nitrate solution, shake well and place in the dark for 15 minutes as a standard turbidity solution

In the absence of direct sunlight, observe axially and laterally, the turbidity of the test solution shall not be greater than the turbidity of the standard turbidity solution

5 Inspection rules

1 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection

1 Type inspection items are all the items specified in the technical requirements in Table 1.
Under normal production conditions, type inspection shall be carried out at least once every three months

One bottle is used for inspection, and the other bottle is used as a reserve sample and kept for three months for future reference

4 Industrial glycine should be the manufacturer's quality inspection department inspection in accordance with this standard, the manufacturer shall ensure that products are manufactured in line with the requirements of this standard

Each batch of products that leave the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format, which includes: the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the product grade, the batch number or the date of production, and the number of this standard

5 If one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard in the inspection results, samples should be taken from twice the number of packaging units for re-inspection.

6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

The industrial glycine packaging container should have a strong and obvious mark, which includes: the name of the manufacturer, the site, the product name, the grade, the registered trademark, the net quality, the batch number or the date of production, and the number of this standard

2 Packaging

Industrial glycine is packaged in plastic woven bags lined with plastic film or composite bags or barrels lined with plastic film.
The net weight of each bag (or barrel) is 25kg, or it can be packaged according to user requirements

3 Transportation and storage

Glycine for industrial use should be stored in a cool, dry place
.
During transportation, avoid sunlight and rain to prevent damage to the packaging bag
.
