    Recently, in the selection process of the Science and Technology Progress Award jointly held by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and the China Nonferrous Metals Society, the research and development project of Far East Cable Co.

    of "continuous casting and rolling solid solution aging integrated process".

    In September 2021, the project passed the "Scientific and Technological Achievements Evaluation Conference" organized by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association in Beijing, and the comprehensive evaluation conclusion formed was that the project shortened the preparation process, saved the preparation cost, reduced energy consumption, regulated the evolution of the alloy structure through the process, and realized the improvement of the comprehensive performance of aluminum alloy wires

    The overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and the key technical indicators such as conductivity are at the international leading level

    The implementation of this project has solved many common problems such as difficult synergy of multiple properties of aluminum and aluminum alloy conductor materials and poor uniformity of microstructure properties in China's industry, driven the rapid development of upstream and downstream enterprises, and promoted the progress
    of high-performance aluminum and aluminum alloy conductor materials and their production and application technology.
    A total of 34 national invention patents have been authorized for related products, including 5 international patents, 23 published papers, and 20 international and domestic standards/technical specifications
