Introduction: China is the world's largest pig raising country and the world's second largest feed producer, with pig feed accounting for more than 40% of the total Feed industry plays an important role in the national economy, and is directly related to the quality of people's life and health However, there is a big gap between the overall level of China's feed industry and the western developed countries The main reason is that the research on Key Technologies of pig feed production in developed countries in Europe and the United States is extensive and in-depth, and the supporting technologies are systematic This is just an important factor restricting the healthy development of China's feed industry In response to this problem, the project of "research and promotion of key technologies of pig feed industrialization with high quality and efficiency" presided over by Professor Li Defa of China Agricultural University of science and technology has made significant innovation achievements in key technologies of pig feed industrialization through 10 years' research, proved the mechanism of "ideal protein" promoting pig protein deposition, and developed pig level with ideal protein configuration The standard method for determining the biological potency of amino acids in pig feed was established On this basis, the ileal digestibility of amino acids in 7 typical diets and 60 kinds of common feeds of pigs were measured In 5 years, the digestibility, ileal apparent and true digestible amino acid requirements of pigs in the weight stage of 3kg-8kg, 8kg-20kg, 20kg-50kg, 50kg-90kg were studied systematically Based on the measurement of lean growth index of regional typical commercial pigs, the first dynamic model of pig nutrition demand in China was established, and the first version of "China pig feeding standard" was revised in combination with previous research results; the anti stress nutrition control technology of lactating sows and piglets was proposed, and the effects of raw material crushing granularity, mixing uniformity, granulating technology and expanding technology on feed product quality were systematically studied The processing parameters suitable for different types of products are established The Ministry of Education organized experts from the same industry to appraise the achievements of the project, which are up to the international advanced level, have strong practicability and high technical maturity At present, the research results have been extended to 278 feed and pig raising enterprises in 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, with a total of 25.216 million tons of all kinds of feed promoted, realizing a direct economic benefit of 1.5 billion yuan and a significant social benefit.
