According to the data collected by the European Commission DG Trade, the total export volume of standardized olive oil from Greece to EU countries in 2020 is 31,655 tons, an increase of 319% from 7,561 tons in 2002, and exports to third countries have increased by 189% to 7,290.

Among the third countries, the United States ranked first with 9,143 tons, followed by Canada (1,851 tons), Australia (1,773 tons) and Russia (1,218 tons)
