Applicants or applicants should fill in the registration receipt before November 20, 2015, fax or email to the association (appraisal office), and fill in the "Occupational Skills Appraisal Application Form" (which can be downloaded on the association's website and Q group), After passing the preliminary examination by the appraisal institute, two recent passport-free photos (with the name on the back of the photo) and a photocopy of the personal ID, academic certificate, proof of working experience (original and official seal) and a training appraisal registration fee of 100 yuan (This fee can be deducted from the training fee), the class will be opened after the approval of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Affairs Department by the appraisal office, and the review materials and admission ticket will be issued.
