Guangdong set up a unified disease score bank in the province, the grass-roots disease species expanded to 916

Medical Network December 31 - Guangdong Provincial Health Insurance Bureau said on the 30th, the Bureau issued "Guangdong Province basic medical insurance according to the value of the disease to pay the unified disease score bank", through the collection and analysis of diseases and sub-values throughout the province, to determine the benchmark disease, the use of score ratio, empirical research, comparative analysis and other methods, the establishment of the province's unified disease score bank, which complements the province's cities to pay for the same disease medical expenses there is a greater difference in the province's medical treatment.
In order to further improve the payment according to the disease sub-value, the Guangdong Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau, on the basis of comprehensive collection and analysis of the diseases and sub-values of each city, solicited opinions from all regions, and formulated the "Guangdong Province Basic Medical Insurance Pay-for-Disease Value Unified Disease Score Bank", which included a total of 7981 common diseases and 916 primary diseases, as a reference for the adjustment of disease sub-values in various cities of the province.
To this end, the reference scope of primary diseases in Guangdong Province has been expanded from the initial 500 to 916, suitable for treatment in medical institutions at the first level and below, the implementation of the same disease in different levels of medical institutions, to play the guidance of medical insurance to the medical service providers, and further promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and the construction of medical associations.
