On November 22, the Guangxi local standard "Technical Specification for Construction Quality Acceptance of Steel Structure Fireproof Coatings" (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Specification") will be officially implemented on December 20.

At present, the current domestic construction quality acceptance specifications for steel structure fireproof coatings have not been formulat.

The formulation of the "Technical Specification" regulates the design, construction and acceptance of fireproof coatings for steel structures, ensuring that the fire resistance limit of steel structures meets the design requirements, and preventing counterfeit and inferior fireproof coatings from entering the construction site, which is important for avoiding fire accidents and reducing fire loss.
