Guangzhou Health Center achieves targeted differentiation and regeneration of pluripotent stem cells B immune lineage

On December 10, Wang Jinyong's research group from Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences published a research paper entitled Regeneration of immunocompetent B lymphopoiesis from pluripotent stem cells guided by transcription factors in Cellular & Molecular Immunology .

Based on the two-step strategy of "regenerating seed cells in vitro and mature in vivo", the research group achieves the induction of B cell regeneration
