Recently, the rapid cooling water circulation system of Guangzhou Petrochemical's cracking unit tried a new demulsifier, which significantly improved the quality of the quench water and process water, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the quenching system

In order to ensure the trial effect of the new demulsifier, the company’s installation personnel and the manufacturer’s technicians have conducted multiple bottle tests before the trial to find out the demulsifier ratio and concentration suitable for the quench water of the device, and restarted the original monoethanolamine injection system
