Guidelines for the construction of intelligent manufacturing standard system in the petrochemical industry were issued

On November 21, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of Intelligent Manufacturing Standard System in the Petrochemical Industry (2022 Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guide"), proposing that by 2025, a relatively complete intelligent manufacturing standard system
for the petrochemical industry will be established.

The Guidelines point out that by 2025, more than 30 key standards for the petrochemical industry will be formulated and revised, basically covering basic commonality, key petrochemical data and model technologies, and key petrochemical application technologies.
For petrochemical sub-industries such as crude oil processing, priority is given to formulating standards for the application of a new generation of information technology in production, management, service and other unique scenarios, and promoting the wide application of
intelligent manufacturing standards in the petrochemical industry.

The Guidelines clearly state that it is necessary to carry out the construction
of four aspects: basic common standards, petrochemical key data and model technical standards, petrochemical key application technical standards, and subdivided industry application standards.
Among them, the basic common standards are used to unify the concepts related to intelligent manufacturing in the petrochemical industry, as well as the common technical standards of the petrochemical industry in intelligent equipment, enabling technology, industrial network, etc.

, such as general, safety, reliability, detection, evaluation, personnel capability, intelligent equipment, enabling technology, and industrial network.
The technical standards for key data and models of petrochemicals mainly include three parts
: asset data and models, material data and models, and public engineering data and models.
The technical standards for key applications of petrochemicals mainly include six parts
: production control and optimization, safety and environmental protection, equipment management, energy management, supply chain management, and intelligent services.
The application standards of subdivided industries mainly include five parts
: crude oil processing, basic organic chemical raw materials, synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, and synthetic fiber raw materials.

The Guidelines require that, combined with the characteristics of the petrochemical industry, build an intelligent manufacturing standard system for the petrochemical industry that is coordinated with the national intelligent manufacturing standard system, strengthen the top-level design of the standard system, and encourage the development of advanced and applicable group standards

Strengthen the cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises, industry, education and research in the petrochemical industry to improve the overall level of
intelligence in the petrochemical industry.
