The current incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver is getting higher and higher.

As of December 30, 2020, researchers have searched PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science databases using pre-defined keyword systems to identify observational cohort studies conducted in individuals.

diagnosis

The results of the study showed that the risk of NAFLD and gastrointestinal cancer (esophageal cancer, stomach cancer , pancreatic cancer or colorectal cancer) increased nearly 1.

This large meta-analysis showed that NAFLD is associated with an increased long-term risk of extrahepatic cancer (especially gastrointestinal cancer, breast cancer, and gynecological cancer) in the past 6 years.
