January 20th, from 00:24, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 144 new confirmed cases, of which 18 were imported from abroad (9 in Shanghai, 5 in Tianjin, 1 in Beijing, 1 in Hubei, 1 case in Guangdong, 1 case in Guangxi), 126 local cases (68 cases in Heilongjiang, 33 cases in Jilin, 20 cases in Hebei, 2 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Shanxi, 1 case in Shandong);
19 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 1246 close contacts were removed from medical observation, and 6 more serious cases were reported than the previous day.
288 confirmed cases (of which 2 are serious cases) and 5 suspected cases have been imported from outside China. A total of 4563 confirmed cases, a total of 4275 cases were cured out of hospital, no deaths.
