Health Care Commission: 25 new confirmed cases, of which 9 cases are in Xinjiang

From 0:24 p.m. on August 11, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 25 new confirmed cases, of which 16 were imported from abroad (6 cases in Guangdong, 4 cases in Shanghai, 1 case in Inner Mongolia, 1 case in Zhejiang, 1 case in Fujian, 1 case in Shandong, 1 case in Sichuan, 1 case in Shaanxi), 9 new cases in China (all in Xinjiang);
58 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 1,385 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 4 fewer serious cases were reported than the previous day.
158 confirmed cases (including 1 case of severe illness) and 3 suspected cases from overseas. A total of 2216 confirmed cases, a total of 2058 cases cured out of hospital, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on August 11, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 761 confirmed cases (of which 40 were serious cases), 79,342 cases had been cured and discharged from hospital, 4,634 cumulative deaths had been reported, 84,737 confirmed cases had been reported and 3 suspected cases had been reported. A total of 802,908 close contacts were traced and 23,039 close contacts were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 20 new cases of asymptomatic infection (12 cases imported from abroad);
received a total of 4707 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
4181 cases (3052 discharges, 58 deaths), 46 cases (46 discharges) in the Macao Special Administrative Region, and 480 cases in
regions (443 discharges and 7 deaths).
