Health Care Commission: 4 new confirmed cases, including 1 local case in Beijing

July 5, 0-24 hours, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 4 new confirmed cases, of which 3 cases were imported from abroad (1 case in Inner Mongolia, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Shaanxi), 1 case in China (in Beijing);
2 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 455 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of serious cases was the same as the previous day.
69 confirmed cases (no serious cases) have been imported from outside China, and 3 suspected cases exist. A total of 1934 confirmed cases, a total of 1865 cases of cured discharge, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on July 5, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 405 confirmed cases (of which 6 were serious cases), a total of 78,518 cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 4,634 cumulative deaths were reported, 83,557 confirmed cases were reported, and 7 suspected cases were reported. A total of 763,801 close contacts were traced, and 3,988 close contacts were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 11 new cases of asymptomatic infection (10 cases imported from abroad);
received a total of 1763 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
1268 cases (1156 discharges, 7 deaths), 46 cases (45 discharges) and 449 cases (438 discharges and 7 deaths) were discharged from the
Regions.
