On July 16, the "Satellite Cavitation Forced Circulating Bed (CCIB) Heavy Oil Atmospheric Hydrogenation Lightening Technology" independently developed by Jiechuang (Dongying) Energy Technology Co.
"In the process of biomass lightening research, we accidentally discovered the mechanism of chemical strengthening technologies such as cavitation, high shear and liquid impingement flow, and applied these technologies to the heavy oil atmospheric hydrogenation lightening process.
The appraisal committee believes that the heavy oil atmospheric hydrogenation technology integrates a number of innovative technologies, which is of great significance in the lightening application of petroleum-based and coal-based heavy oils, and has the advantages of low investment and low energy consumption, and can be further produced.
According to reports, Jiechuang Company built a pilot plant in Dongying, Shandong Province, and conducted experimental research with coal tar and vacuum residue as raw materials to verify this new reaction mechanism
Up to now, Jietron has applied for 13 Chinese patents, including 8 invention patents and 5 utility model patents, some of which have been authorized
