It is planned to solve the poverty of no less than 40,000 people through photovoltaic poverty alleviation this year, and it is planned to build 2 million kilowatts of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations, and in principle, the scale of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations in each poor county will not exceed 50,000 kilowatts

The construction of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations in the province can adopt two modes
: proportional commercial power stations and full-scale poverty alleviation.

according to the ratio of poverty alleviation power stations and commercial power stations 1:2.

Among them, the poverty alleviation standard of Class II resource areas with better light resources (Zhangjiakou, Chengde, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao) is 1000 people in 10,000 kilowatts of poverty alleviation power station, and the poverty alleviation standard of other Class III resource areas is 800 people
in 10,000 kilowatt poverty alleviation power stations.
Both types of resource area projects should implement the corresponding number of registered poor people to ensure that each person enjoys the photovoltaic poverty alleviation benefits

Full-scale poverty alleviation mode: According to the requirements of relevant national departments on the implementation of photovoltaic power generation poverty alleviation work, each poor population corresponds to the project scale standard of 25 kilowatts, that is, 10,000 kilowatts of poverty alleviation power station solves 400 people in poverty alleviation, of which the annual utilization hours are less than 1300 hours, the scale of each person can be moderately expanded, but should not exceed 30 kilowatts
