It is reported that the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission commissioned the Provincial Petrochemical and Coal Construction Engineering Quality Service Center to inspect the quality of the chemical construction projects under construction or proposed in the province from July to September 2020.
This year, all cities in Hebei reported a total of 261 chemical projects under construction (planning).
The spot check results show that most chemical projects can be constructed in accordance with laws and regulations and procedures, and the project quality is generally controllable, but some quality problems have also been found, such as lagging construction drawings of some construction projects, incomplete construction process technical data, and implementation of the responsibility of the supervision unit Not in place, equipment installation without equipment foundation or leveling is not in place, on-site production tank construction technical data is not complete, pipeline supports and hangers are not installed standardly, explosion and fire hazard areas, electrical installation grounding construction quality does not meet the construction specifications or design documents Request etc.
It is reported that for the existing quality problems, the inspection team has issued the "Chemical Construction Project Installation Engineering Quality Checklist" project by project, instructing the responsible unit to make rectification within a time limit.
In the next step, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission will organize experts to review the implementation of rectification in due course, continue to focus on the special rectification work of outstanding problems, and ensure that the inspection work achieves practical results.
