    Recently, Pan Xu, a researcher at the Energy Materials and Device Manufacturing Research Department of the Institute of Solid State Physics, Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Xiao Zhengguo, a professor at the University of Science and Technology of China, have cooperated to make progress in the research of perovskite solar cells and prepared ideal belts.


    Currently, the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency of organometallic halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) has been improved to 25.
